Myopia Control

One of the newest specialty eye care services available is myopia control. There are multiple new methods of controlling the progression of nearsightedness, or myopia, in youth. These include bifocal glasses, soft contacts, specialty contacts and eye drops. A single method can result in up to a 30% reduction in myopia progression and a combination of treatments can lead to a 50% reduction or more. Not only does a decrease in myopia progression benefit a child’s vision, but it also reduces the risk of other eye diseases.

Specialty Contacts

Specialty contacts can be a true life changer for those suffering from corneal disease. Many of these patients are unable to see very well while using glasses or normal contacts, but the design of these contacts allows us to restore the vision often yielding results of 20/20 vision. If you or a loved one is suffering from keratoconus or another corneal disease, we would love to show you how this new technology can restore your vision.

Low Vision

For those dealing with a loss of vision, we will help you make the most out of the vision you have. Normal glasses and contacts may not provide the magnification needed to read or the clarity needed to drive a vehicle. Many options are available to help improve your vision and to help you with your daily activities.

Vision Therapy, Sports Vision Training

Sports Vision Training

Many vision skills are required during athletic activities. By improving these skills you will increase your ability to achieve success. Areas that can be trained include hand-eye coordination, depth perception and eye tracking. By improving the speed and accuracy of the visual system you will be able to optimize your performance. Many professional athletes use sports vision training to improve their performance. Call us today so we can show you what it means to go to 20/20 vision and beyond.
